"Dakgalbi" is a dish of chicken simmered in a flavorful and spicy soup that blends the white broth of Hinai chicken with a mala hot pot soup.We simmered a whole chicken slowly and carefully until it was incredibly tender.This satisfying course includes napa cabbage kimchi, bean sprout namul, and seafood jeon (Korean pancake).To finish off, we had kalguksu noodles with a chewy texture that had absorbed plenty of delicious flavor.Alternatively, you can choose cheese and egg rice porridge.
